Frank Devlin, Rotary International President for 2000-2001, spoke to the Rotaractors at the Preconvention.  Among other things he talked about Rotaractors going to neighboring cities that do not have Rotaract Clubs and working with Rotarians to expand our organization.

He also showed us an advertisement for Rotary International in the USA Today newspaper, talking about how the word of the Rotary International Family's good works is spreading -- and we are making a difference in the lives of others.
